Great Falls Therapy:

a modern approach to healing the relationship with self and others.

People pleasing is part of your nature.

You are dedicated to “getting it right”. You work so hard - in your job or school, your relationships - but it never seems to be enough.

You are exhausted. You feel defeated. And despite all efforts, things are still falling apart. The areas of your life that you can’t fully control - a relationship, your child, a circumstance or negative event, a life transition- leave you feeling overwhelmed and anxious.

You are ready to feel confident and free from constant worry. You are willing to give therapy in Great Falls a chance.

Bridgette Pence, Counselor in Great Falls, MT

My name is Bridgette Pence, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Great Falls, MT. I help anxious overachievers and busy professionals recognize great worth and potential in order to genuinely feel content.

Together we pin-point stressors and find the root cause, utilizing EMDR to explore unhealed wounds (trauma), recover from negative cognitions, and then discover more effective methods for communicating, thinking, and living.

Just think of me as your Great Falls Counselor + Life Coach.

Finding the right therapist in Great Falls, MT for this journey is a critical component to your relief, and I want to make sure I’m the best fit for you.  I offer a free 15 minute consultation to explain what therapy looks like at Nourish, and then answer any questions you might have.

If you think it’s time to invest in yourself, your happiness, your health, and you’re ready to work? So am I.

Great therapy can be affordable.

I choose to be “out-of-network” with insurance panels because I believe protecting my clients’ quality of care is my responsibility as a therapist.

In order to make therapy in Great Falls affordable, I provide clients with what is called a “superbill”. Clients submit this invoice to their insurance, and if they have out-of-network benefits, insurance companies can reimburse clients anywhere from 50% to 80% of the session fee.

I take your investment in therapy seriously, and I don’t want you to be in therapy forever. On average, my clients meet initial goals in 6 months of consistent weekly attendance.
