I’m a wife, a mom of two, an owner of multiple businesses, and a recovering perfectionist! My creative side consistently leads me to think outside the box, about different ways to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of therapy, and how to offer the best experience to my clients.

I utilize tools like my Session Reflection Journal (you will be given at your first session!) along with Cognitive Behavior Therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) in my weekly Great Falls counseling sessions with clients, which I have found to be the best combination for growth and healing.
